Installing the Bilge Pumps

Our bilge is about 4' deep so we wanted to be able to easily remove the bilge pumps for cleaning and servicing. Bilge pumps are something you never think about removing, but if you've ever had to service/change a pump in a deep bilge, you know how fun crawling in head first through a 2' hole to undo the screws can be.  To avoid that from ever happening again, Matt came up with the rig below:

Just a piece of aluminum flat bar and a heavy duty broom holder to snap it to the shower sump box!

  3. Guests entering the refreshment spaces should immediately sense a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. Depending on the service hours, adjust the lighting in the bar and restaurant.
Allow natural light in at breakfast; allow guests to enjoy the morning light to begin their day. Focus on energy and a gradient of light for midday to encourage your visitors to consume rapidly. Instead, at dinnertime, play with light and shadows to create a calm and formal atmosphere.
